Technology in everyone's hands.
coLab was created in 2023 with the aim of spreading knowledge about new technologies and providing the tools needed for them to develop. It is an idea born in the classrooms and laboratories of the University of Patras from the need for a space where science and technology will be applied and become accessible to everyone.
Thus, with a common goal, although coming from different fields, such as Robotics, Programming, Chemistry, STEAM, and Education, we decided to create coLab. A multifunctional space where STEAM lessons for children can coexist with seminars and educational programs on new technologies for adults. A quiet space, ideal for studying and at the same time a lively space with equipment that meets every need of a DIY project. An open space where everyone will find the necessary supplies to make their creative idea a reality. A space that will gather and grow the maker community in the Patras area.
